The Situation is complicated and you want to…
Achieve Goals
Make decisions
Defuse conflicts
Increase performance
Develop your career
Push boundaries
Overcome obstacles
… but you’re simply not getting anywhere at the moment because you can’t find the right ways and means. The question of meaning may also arise.
In such situations, a business coach can help you to bring about greater clarity, security, satisfaction and success for you.
The way to get there is a comprehensive situation analysis, honest self-reflection and targeted change work. And experience shows that this is difficult to achieve.
Business coaching is a very individual, process- and solution-oriented form of consulting that focuses on dealing with a wide variety of professional problems.
The aim is to increase the clients‘ problem-solving skills, self-responsibility and flexibility of action, as they cannot make any progress with their previous measures and strategies alone.
The Coach provides support primarily at the process level. So no direct recommendations are given, but rather the clients are encouraged to develop new solutions themselves using coaching techniques. The coach approaches these independently and non-judgmentally, because they are solutions from and for the clients and not for the coach.
The role of the Coach should initially be understood as a neutral feedback provider and sparring partner. In addition, with appropriate competence and experience, clients can also be offered expert advice upon request.
The prerequisite for successful coaching is a very trusting relationship, which requires discretion, honesty and an encounter on equal terms. The clients should be open to new things and willing to change.
A coaching process consists of several sessions. According to the COACH model, these ideally go through 5 phases, with the following sessions taking place at a more developed level until the solution is found.
Come together: Finding peace together and establish a relationship.
Orientation: Understand the initial situation and agree on objectives.
Analysis: Clarify the situation and investigate causes.
Change: Define the desire for change and develop solutions.
Harbour: Plan measures and determine next steps.
A coaching session requires a protected space, peace and time. Meetings can take place either online or in person. A session lasts approximately 1-2 hours, but half-day or full-day meetings can also be arranged if necessary. The number of sessions required depends heavily on the specific concerns.

I look back on more than 20 years of experience in the industry. After joining a large corporation as a trainee, I gradually took on more responsibility in various medium-sized companies, from sales and marketing management to department management and management.
As part of an outplacement process, I decided to pursue a further career path and work as a human resources consultant and coach. Back then it was time for something new and I already had it
I always enjoy the varied work with people, be it in project teams or in employee management and development.
Today I am a trained business coach and certified for the RAUEN Analyzer and LINC Personality Profiler. Thanks to my career, I know the challenges of the economy and the resulting questions and uncertainties very well from my own experience.
That’s why I can accompany executives in a coaching process on an equal level and provide advice.
